Exchange & Refund Policy – WeCoverIt
At WeCoverIt, all our cases are custom-made and printed on order. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
📦 Exchange Policy
A parcel opening video is mandatory for any exchange request.
The video must clearly show the parcel being opened without cuts or pauses.
We only offer replacements (no refunds) in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered by us
- Major fitting issue (provided correct model was selected)
❌ Exchanges Are NOT Possible If:
- A lens protector or skin is attached to your phone, as it may affect the fit (especially in soft silicone covers).
- There is a slight color variation due to lighting or printing process.
- Minor variations such as:
- Slight shade difference
- Charm alignment difference
- Small finishing variations
🚨 Important Note:
Silicone covers may have transparent or colored sides, depending on the printing process. Disliking the side finish is not eligible for exchange.
💳 Refund Policy
- Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
- Since all products are custom-made and printed on order, we do not offer refunds.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once moved to production.
- Processing charges including:
- Shipping fees
- Payment gateway charges
- Order processing fees
are non-refundable.
📱 Important – Model Selection Policy
Please ensure you select the correct phone model before placing your order.
Exchanges will NOT be possible if the wrong model is selected.
Examples:
- If you order Samsung A21, but your phone is Samsung A21s, exchange will not be possible.
- If your phone is 4G, but you select a 5G model, exchange will not be possible.
We request customers to double-check their phone model in settings before ordering.
