📦 Shipment Processing Time
• Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days.
• Delivery takes 6–12 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays).
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to location, public holidays, extreme weather, or high order volumes.
• In case of major delays, we will notify you via email.
💳 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
• Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Delivery time and charges may vary depending on your shipping address and external factors.
📲 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
• Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.
• You will also receive a WhatsApp notification with your tracking number.
• Tracking details become active within 48 hours of dispatch.
🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes
• WeCoverIt.shop is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applied during or after shipping.
• Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
📦 Damaged Parcels
• WeCoverIt.shop is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
• If you receive a damaged product, take clear images immediately.
• Email us with the images and keep all packaging materials safely until the issue is resolved.
⚠ Delivery Issues
• If your order is marked as delivered but not received, contact us via email within 2 days of the delivery date.
• We cannot escalate delivery issues after 2 days from the marked delivery date.
🔁 Return to Origin (RTO) / Undelivered Orders
• If the order is returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or courier-related issues, reshipping charges will apply.
• Courier charges ₹60 (shipping) + ₹60 (return) = ₹120 total.
• We will bear ₹60, and the customer must pay the remaining ₹60 for reshipment.
